PLASTIC PT. Berlina Co.Ltd, This is the only public listed company within the Group. DSU owns more than 70% of the company. Specialized in plastics packaging, equipped with the latest technology, and CAD/CAM system for mould making facilities. and is considered as one of the key players in the market. Manufacturing sites are located in Berlina Pandaan, Tangerang, Cikarang and China.
SAFETY MATCHES PT.Djamico & Esjamat, The company is fully owned by the group and is a major player in the domestic market with 45% market share and is also the leading exporter of safety matches in the region. PT. Djamico & Esjamat began to expand to Bangladesh.
LAMINATED TUBES PT. Lamipak Primula Indonesia, A joint venture with Propack Holding, Switzerland. Berlina owns 70% of Lamipak. The company is a major player in laminated tubes for the dentifrice and high quality plastics packaging for cosmetic market.
BUSINESS ACTIVITIES - PROPERTY DIVISION
The Property division is represented by two companies which are 100% owned by DSU group namely PT.Tifa Arum Realty (TAR) and PT.Arya Ventura Realty (AVR). TAR owns and manages Tifa office building whereas AVR owns and manages Ventura office building. Both building are over 90% tenanted. Apart from that, the division also owns several land banks in Jakarta and Surabaya.
